NTY Franchise Company

Since 2019, we’ve partnered with NTY Franchise Company and their portfolio of resale brands to implement successful digital advertising strategies across both brick & mortar and e-commerce verticals. We work at the franchise level with the Director of Marketing on marketing strategy, advertising for brand-wide initiatives and launching new locations. In addition, we provide digital advertising services for 70+ individual locations across the country.

One of our largest projects was helping the core brand, Clothes Mentor, launch an e-commerce system for 150+ individual locations to sell their products online. This initiative became mission critical with the forced closure of many brick & mortar stores in March 2020. The e-commerce solution allowed locations to sell products to a national audience for their first time as their local customers were unable to visit stores.

We consider Big Rush Marketing as a true extension of our franchise marketing team to develop digital ad campaigns to drive online and offline traffic to our nationwide network of franchise stores. The Big Rush team works within a transparent structure with access to key ad accounts in Google and Facebook channels. Meaning, they work within our store’s independent accounts for us to have complete visibility to what is spent in advertising and account management. Big Rush is also a true partner. Their offerings of educational resources to share in their learnings has made our NTY Franchise team and franchisees better understand digital media and to be part of the process. Results

In 2021 our agency worked directly with 4 of the 7 locations of the Clothes Mentor franchise the Dallas, TX market. Here are the results from that market in gross sales vs 2019 sales (2020 excluded due to mandated store closures):

  • Location 1: Up 42%

  • Location 2: Up 15.2%

  • Location 3: Up 14.4%

  • Location 4: Up 13.9%

  • Combined 3 locations not working with Big Rush: Up 0%

 

Wasabi Sushi Bars

Wasabi Sushi Bars has been a partner with Big Rush Marketing since 2018. What started as a digital advertising plan for each location quickly turned in to a full marketing partnership that continues to grow today. Services now include digital advertising for all locations, content design, restaurant signage, website management, strategic planning and more. Since working with Big Rush, Wasabi has opened new locations in Kirkwood, Clayton and Cortex with more in the works.

Wasabi has become an emerging brand even through the pandemic with year over year growth at most locations in 2020. Their strong management team combined with a sound marketing strategy helped locations pivot based on different regulations across multiple states frequently through 2020 and 2021.
